In the field of yoga, I am focused on
Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga style in which movement and breathing combine to create a flowing experience.
With the focus on their precise alignment, different body positions are arranged in different ways, so that a harmonious and creative flow of movement sequences is created.
To round off my lessons and to achieve a nice balance of body and mind,
I incorporate additional elements such as breathing and meditation of the Hatha style.
By focusing on the exact technical execution and constant alignment (tactile correction), the therapeutic aspect is always guaranteed.
